*******NHS staff are due to visit the Academy to deliver the Year 8 vaccinations on Tuesday 17.3.2020.

If you have not completed an online consent form for your child, please call 0300 3230032 for assistance, no later than Monday 16.3.2020.******

 

The NHS will be in the Academy deliver the Year 8 HPV vaccination to all consented students on 17th March 2020.

Parents need to give consent for this electronically. Please click on the following link.
